About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), you'll provide hands-on assistance with daily activities while helping clients feel respected and supported in their own homes.

Your patience, attentiveness, and genuine concern for others will help make everyday routines easier while encouraging clients to maintain their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and help with everyday routines
Offer medication reminders
Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment
