Caregiver Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, transportation, cleaning, errands, and emotional support.

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:

One year of personal or professional caregiving experience.
High school graduate or G.E.D.
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.

POSITION DETAILS Position: Private Duty Caregiver Company: Helping Hearts USA LLC Schedule: Wednesday, Friday Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Hours: 36 scheduled hours Start Date: ASAP Setting: One-on-one private duty care Schedule Requirement: Must consistently work all three assigned days: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday WHY THIS POSITION STANDS OUT This is a stable, consistent private duty assignment for a caregiver who wants more than just available hours. We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable and trusted part of one client’s care team. Three consistent 12-hour shifts every week. 36 guaranteed scheduled hours each week. One consistent client. A predictable Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday schedule. No rotating weekly schedule. An opportunity to build trust, familiarity, and a meaningful long-term caregiving relationship. Continuity of care is extremely important for this assignment. We are not simply looking for someone who wants 36 hours . We are looking for a caregiver who understands the responsibility that comes with being someone a client, family, and care team can consistently depend on. The ideal caregiver is professional, dependable, punctual, energetic, upbeat, highly engaging, observant, compassionate, safety-conscious, and an excellent communicator . You should genuinely enjoy working one-on-one with a client and be prepared to remain attentive, involved, and engaged throughout the entire shift.
