Job Responsibilities

  • Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents

Position Summary: The Prescription Refill Nurse is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring the safe and timely renewal of patients' prescription medications.
