BENEFITS: • $18.25 – $25.00/hr — your rate reflects your experience and credentials • Weekly pay • Local client assignments — work where you already live • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid training and ongoing skill development • 24/7 support from our office team — you're never on your own • Thoughtful caregiver-client matching RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide compassionate, dependable in-home care for seniors in North County • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility • Offer medication reminders and support daily routines • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping • Provide genuine companionship and social engagement • Assist with transportation to local appointments and errands • Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to work within the North County service area • Ability to pass a background check • Authorized to work in the United States • Integrity, reliability, and genuine compassion for seniors Preferred: • 1–3 years of professional caregiving experience • CNA, HHA, or home health aide certification (qualifies for higher pay) • Bilingual English/Spanish (a strong advantage in North County) • Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's care • CPR/First Aid certification Traits we value: • Familiar with the North County community and its neighborhoods • Dependable — clients and families count on consistency • Communicates clearly and treats clients with patience and respect • Ambitious, adaptable, and willing to grow with the team Service Area: North County service area includes Escondido, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Fallbrook, and surrounding communities.
