Status: Hourly Department: Nursing Supervisor: Wellness Director GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Provide maximum daily resident care services, recognizing each resident’s unique individual problems, and observing and reporting any symptoms, reactions, or changes. Detect and correct situations that have a high probability of causing accidents or injuries to residents, employees, or visitors. 7. Assure physical comfort and mental wellbeing of residents. 8.
