Observe caregivers performing skills in real time, provide constructive feedback, and document competency/training completion for the client's file. Communicate observations and concerns to the office and clinical team promptly. Model RAH's caregiving standards and represent the agency professionally in clients' homes. The desired candidate will possess the following: Active California CNA or LVN license/certification in good standing AND HCA required. Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical or home care experience, including transfer techniques and mobility assistance.
