Requirements: Previous caregiving or direct-care experience required (1-2yrs); experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to provide personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence. Ability to confidently follow and implement individualized care plans, verbal and written assignments, company policies, and procedures. Ability to work independently in a client's home while exercising sound judgment and knowing when to seek assistance from the office or supervisory team.
