The Lead MA keeps abreast of new medications and supervises the MA who coordinates our medication prescription refill program. The Lead MA manages “Flow issues” to solve patient and clinician log jams that sometimes occur. The Lead MA will work with the Practice Leader and the front desk to lessen the frequency of these problems.
