Minimum Requirements High School graduate or GED, along with a Medical Assistant diploma, is required. A certified phlebotomy technician (CPT 1) is preferred. California phlebotomist license, preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population is preferred.
