Schedule pre-admission and diagnostic testing as needed and conduct post-surgical follow-up calls to patients. Administrative Support May Perform Daily Practice Operations, Including Patient check-in and check-out Scheduling appointments Answering phones and taking messages Organizing and maintaining patient records Filing, copying, and retrieving patient documents Collecting co-pays and patient balances Posting payments and adjustments Balancing daily journals Team Collaboration & Compliance Follow all Core Physicians policies, procedures, and federal regulations, including patient confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Participate in daily huddles, complete assigned action items, and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
