Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Interacts with patients in a clinical setting which includes multiple satellite locations; interacts with patients in an administrative setting which may include medication refill management, lab results, patient form requests, etc.; assists with patient flow and ensures the overall smooth running of the clinical office. Assists in the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. Skillfully and consistently performs clinical duties per established departmental policies and procedures. The care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the ambulatory care setting with an emphasis on good customer relations.
