Essential Responsibilities: Patient Care: Welcome patients and prepare them for provider examinations by obtaining and documenting patient history, chief complaint, current medications, allergies, medical history, surgical history, family history, social history, preventive care information, and other relevant clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR). Measure, document, and report vital signs and other clinical observations. Prepare patients and examination rooms for provider visits.
