Responsibilities of the CNA Educator include: Design and Delivery of Clinical Education Develop and facilitate clinical learning programs in both online and in-person formats. Create auditing and tracking systems for ongoing program success. Evaluation of Program Effectiveness Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical training programs. Maintain and report on retention, completion, and other metrics to assess program impact. Managing Training Plans Develop onboarding and orientation practices that meet annual training requirements. Oversee clinical training programs Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of hands-on experience as an RN within a long-term-care setting A valid Iowa RN licenses is required to be considered for this position.
