Why Join Our Team RIGHT AT HOME is currently looking for a caring, honest, and compassionate individuals to fill various Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Exempt Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) positions in N. King and Snohomish Counties. We are there to assist and support the client in their own home with daily ADLS and IADLS. Salary The base rate for a 4 hour shift is $22.50 per hour, and increases based on level of care client needs. Rates fluxuate based on length of shift. A 5+ hour shift will pay differently per hour than a 4 hour shift. PAID travel time and mileage reimbursement in between client shifts when working back-to-back.
