This includes providing personal care services and observations about the client and their care plan. You will also assist with administrative duties, starts of care, covering call offs, training caregivers, site visits to client's homes and client assessments. Primary Responsibilities: · Team Building: support, and assist with training caregivers in the field. This position is hybrid in the office and patient’s homes. · Oversight of other caregivers: Assist in orienting caregivers to new and existing clients. Validate they are providing appropriate hands on client care. Clarify the client's plan of care and updates. Provide shift coverage as needed due to call outs or no shows. · Assist with administrative tasks, record keeping, and documentation. · Foster a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptional, reliable, safe, high-quality patient care. · Perform other job-related duties as needed.
