Monitor, Observe, and report changes in patients medical status to Licensed RN Provide care for post-operative patient, orthopedic patient, Neuro-compromised patient, cardiopulmonary patient, etc. Maintains patient safety when caring for patients with oxygen therapy, IV Infusion Therapy, saline locks, traction, G-Tubes, NG Tubes, catheters, and CPM Machines. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must have knowledge of therapeutic diets and distributes meals/nourishments according to the specific order. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
