Ensure the safety of the patient and environment at all times, identifying and mitigating any potential risks. Notify the Case Manager and/or PI Supervisor promptly of any changes in patient condition and document changes as required. Support the orientation process for new associates, contributing to a knowledgeable and prepared team. Comply with all relevant State and Federal regulations and JCAHO standards to uphold the quality and safety of Home Care services. Actively participate in Quality Improvement processes, contributing to ongoing enhancements in patient care. Accept assignments and adapt to schedule changes, including weekend rotations and variable days off, to support coverage needs. Attend staff meetings regularly, maintaining at least 80% attendance to stay informed and engaged with team updates. Maintain 12 CEU credits annually for CNA certification and renew the CNA certificate promptly in accordance with established guidelines. Work Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: None Licensure: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
