Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols. Master’s Degree in psychiatric nursing or related field with experience in administration; or Baccalaureate degree in nursing or related field with experience in psychiatric nursing and two (2) years of experience in nursing administration; or Four (4) years of experience in nursing administration or supervision and with experience in psychiatric nursing.
