Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans. Responsibilities for RN/LPN: The Critical Care Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill or unstable patients in intensive care units. This role involves continuous patient assessment, administration of medications and treatments, operation of advanced medical equipment, collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and support for patients' families during critical situations. Operate and monitor life-support equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps. Recognize changes in patient condition and respond rapidly to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications for RN/LPN: A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
