Ambulates/Transfers patients using proper body mechanics and patient safety techniques. Assists nurse in treatment procedures as needed. Documents accurately and timely in the patient medical record. Maintains a clean and safe environment for patient and staff according to hospital and unit policies. Actively participates in quality improvement programs. Adheres to Confluence Health and Central Washington Hospital/Wenatchee Valley Hospital policies and unit standards as applicable. Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification. May also serve as a nursing student preceptor.
