As an HHA, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by providing personal care, support, and companionship in a warm and resident-centered environment. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional resident care. Qualifications: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the State of New York required. Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a healthcare setting preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
