Position Summary To maintain and develop Hospice education and working relationships of the Hospice Program with professional/community contacts, the Hospice interdisciplinary team, physicians and their staff, and healthcare facilities. Overview Provides mental health assessment of and treatment to patients with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive deficits, and/or behavioral problems.
