Job Summary Seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide care for a pleasant elderly lady transitioning from a facility back to home near Great Falls, VA. Must have current HHA or CNA license with at least one year of experience. Expect 8-12 hour shifts, day or night. Assist with ADLs and provide companion care. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to transport client to appointments or on errands. She needs some assistance with transfers and monitoring mobility for fall prevention. Benefits: Earn up to $18 per hour. Hourly rate of $16 plus $2 per hour bonus for on-time to shifts during each month. Opportunity for performance-based pay raise after 6 months. Time and a half for major holidays. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: One year of documented experience as a Caregiver (HHA/PCA certificate). CNA license is highly desirable.
