Reference requirements include: • Five professional references preferred • References may not be friends or family • References should be able to speak to reliability, attendance, work ethic, professionalism, and caregiving experience ================================================== TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS Because this is a private-duty home care position, caregivers must have: • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license • Current car insurance • Good driving record • Ability to arrive on time for every scheduled shift • Ability to travel to the client’s private home in the Dickson, TN area ================================================== PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS Helping Hearts caregivers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
