Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions) Assures compliance with regulatory agencies such as State, CMS and JC. Assures quality services and patient satisfaction at all times. Collaorates with Director in setting up meeting or exceeding budget expectations. Completes performance evaluations in a timely and fair manner. Orients, monitors, develops staff as well as assures appropriate allocation of staff to provide quality services. Sets up, collects and analyzes data for performance improvement in collaboration with the Director. Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES RN or PT, OT, ST License. Extensive knowledge of Home Health regulations and documentation requirements. EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR in Rehabilitation Services Required EXPERIENCE 4 years of Home Healthcare experience is Preferred 2 years of patient care experience is Required 1 year of supervisory/administrator experience is Required CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Licensed Registered Nurse, or Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR Meets the Standards of Behavior as outlined in Personnel Policy and Procedure #1, Employee Relations Code.
