Provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery store and errands. Accompany clients to recreational and/or social events. Assist with plans for visits and outings. Participate on the Care Team by providing input and making suggestions. Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and practices. Monitor supplies and resources. Evaluate the program and make recommendations to it, as indicated. Follow the written care plan. Carry out duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Observe clients and their environments and reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor. Your Role: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement Job Requirements: Must be 18+ 1 year of caregiving experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Fully vaccinated or exemption Current TB test or clear X-ray Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us) Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed Responsibilities: Personal care, light housework, meal prep Shopping, errands, companionship Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs Benefits: $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts Flexible schedules Schedule: Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
