Advanced Practice Nurse, FICN (Per Diem)

Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Advanced Practice Nurse position is to participate under the administrative, clinical direction and leadership of the Director of the Neonatology Program and in collaborative relationship in the (Mother-Baby Unit), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (FICN and FIN Nurseries), Labor and Delivery areas with the other healthcare providers. Interacts collaboratively with the nurses and other multidisciplinary team members. Duties are to provide primary care for the high-risk newborn infants in these locations in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the New Jersey State Advanced Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Operating Room Technician II position is to be under the direct supervision of the professional nurse.
