House Nurse Coordinator

Overview The House Nurse Coordinator (HNC) role is a Registered Nurse, who under the direction of the Community Chief Nursing Officer, represents and serves as a liaison between the administrative team and employees, physicians, patients, families, and customers. MEDICAL ASSISTANT
