Reports to Director, Care Continuum. In this position the nurse will complete the Pre-Screening Call and complete preoperative chart reviews in Epic. During this call the nurse will provide holistic nursing care for patients/families/caregivers prior to hospitalization. The nurse will be responsible for accurately obtaining, assessing and identifying potential risks and barriers to expected outcomes. Patient care will be provided in partnership with a provider; including phlebotomy, EKG, and other preoperative testing as ordered. This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have an insured vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the county. Weekly pay ranges from $22 to $24 an hour! 3 days a week from 8a-4:30p. You perform various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort.
