MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 years minimum nursing home or skilled nursing facility experience required in a management position or higher. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association; Advance Cardiac Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Proficient with TULIP, PB&J, NHSN, Sam’s, iQIES and MDS. Knowledgeable in CMS regulations and the PDPM for SNF. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates ability to resolve complex issues through utilization of appropriate communication techniques.
