As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with our organization, you will be responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This Certified Medication Technician (CMT) role requires attentiveness, precision, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents and their families. CMT Key Responsibilities: • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse. • Accurately document medication administration and resident responses. • Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team. • Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support. • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. • Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. CMT Qualifications: • Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri. • High school diploma or GED. • Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
