In this role, the nurse administers patient care in an inpatient acute‑care setting where patients receive active treatment for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post‑intervention needs. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, contributing to individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, documenting care accurately, and communicating effectively with the care team. Nurses also provide education and support to patients and families while further developing clinical judgment and decision‑making skills. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
