The team consists of attending physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists and psychologists, RNs and LPNs, social workers, chaplains, and physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapists. Responsibilities: Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's orders.
