Job Description This position coordinates the surgical service specific technology and creates a positive and efficient culture of service to the physicians and team members. OR Specialty Service Liaison Serves as OR Specialty liaison between the hospital and physicians ensuring an excellent patient experience. Meets the orientation, continuing educational needs and competency development of nursing/tech personnel assigned to specialty area within service area. Serve as consultant in area of clinical specialty. Provides clinical practice leadership to foster patient safety and an excellent patient experience. Works collaboratively with business manager in an effort to meet and maintain department quality metrics related to service line. Job Description The Patient Navigator provides assistance to patients and family members in assigned area.
