All disease related care for these case types is performed on the unit, including blood product support and administration of chemotherapy. Position Summary The BRIDGES/Adult Transition Program Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide comprehensive, age-appropriate care to adolescents, young adults, including young adult and adult survivors of chronic illness. The NP will work across inpatient, ambulatory, as well as preoperative settings at Boston Children’s Hospital.
