You would be joining a collaborative unit that includes a team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Physiatrists. This role focuses on providing high quality, patient-centered care. We are dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Utilizes the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and specific competencies to assess the physical condition and nursing needs of patients, and develops a plan of care in a collaborative practice with the patient and interprofessional team. Plans for the care needs of the patient in collaboration with the interprofessional team to provide the highest quality of care and clinical outcomes. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
