Position: Director of Nursing (DON) Location: Hudson County, New Jersey Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 annually (Based on Experience) Join Our Leadership Team Our Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Hudson County, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of resident care. Position Overview The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and coordination of the nursing department. In this role, you will oversee all nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and accountability. Working closely with the Administrator and Medical Director , you will play a critical role in ensuring survey readiness, improving quality outcomes, and supporting the professional development of nursing staff.
