Carries out and documents patient and/or family/guardian education, according to the age/gender needs and values of the patient and according to the Master Treatment Pan and adhering with established policy and procedure. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Baptist Health and Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
