Stanford Healthcare Tri Valley is a 167 Bed Hospital with closed ICU and 24-coverage by in house intensivists. The selected candidate can anticipate working 6, 12-hour shifts and 1, 8-hour shift in a 2 week pay period. Call is evenly shared with the APPs as well as the case load. The incoming APP can anticipate 2 and half days of clinic, when not in the OR, they will spend their time rounding in the ICU, Step Down Unit and TAVR days. This role is best described as a heavy OR, Inpatient and clinic position. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to assist with a diverse range of cases, including Conduit Harvesting, Congenital Heart Disease, Aortic Aneurysm, Coronary Artery Disease, Lung and Esophageal Cancer, Mitral Valve Disease, Thoracic Disease, Thoracic Trauma, and Endoscopic Vein Harvesting, among others. The annual case count for EVH is between 100 – 150. Campus Location: 5555 W.
