Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred. Position Summary Utilizing the Nursing Process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating, the Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care; managing assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the multi – disciplinary health care team. Education Associate Degree in Nursing - Required Experience 1-2 Years Acute direct patient care - Preferred 2 years Medical/Surgical and/or Critical Care in a hospital within the last five years preferred. License & Certification Registered Nursing License with State of Practice - Required If not currently nationally certified in the area of practice, expected within 2 years of hire.
