Key Roles and Responsibilities: Intermittent and continuous fetal monitoring Labor support Assist with pain management, including nitrous oxide Assist with deliveries / circulate for c-sections Recover patients after delivery Scheduling Requirement Work a minimum of three shifts per six-week schedule. 12 of these hours must be fulfilled on a weekend shift Work one holiday per calendar year. Per Diem RNs will be paid at 1.5 times the rate for all hours worked on these holidays.
