To serve as the clinical expert to facilitate assessment, planning and intervention of patients who have or are at risk for the development of pressure ulcers, or ostomies.The Advanced Wound Care Nurse will coordinate the development of best practice through a multidisciplinary team approach, continually evaluating performance and coordinating process improvement to ensure Optimal Patient Outcomes. Education Bachelor's Degree *Required* Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
