Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, General Surgery Key Responsibilities: Providing coordination and direct care to patients diagnosed with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Functioning as the point person for patients in the hospital and coordinating pre-hospitalization care with the neonatology and maternal fetal medicine teams. Majority of time will be spent caring for inpatients – including daily review of patient data, performing physical exams and assessments, assist in bedside procedures or coordination of care under the supervision of the CDH team physician(s).
