What you need to know about this position: Pediatric office with 9 physicians, 24 exam rooms and seeing an average of 90-130 patients per day ranging from 2 days old to 19 years old. Established in 1974, Columbus Pediatrics has been honored to meet the newborn, pediatric and adolescent healthcare needs of families for over 40 years. The role our Medical Assistants play may vary but include responsibility for routine back office functions, bringing patients back to exam room, taking and recording basic medical history, and assisting the physicians and/or nurse as needed. The hourly range for this position is between $17.61 and $26.41. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. What you need to know about this position: Our Orthopedics/Neuro unit is a 15-bed inpatient nursing unit with an emphasis on wellness and rehabilitation. The patients on this unit are primarily post-surgical orthopedics, GYN and urological populations as well as patients recovering from strokes. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Coordinator to- MDS scheduling and completion for OBRA/PPS/Managed Care utilizing RAI guidelines Assist with care plan scheduling and completion with the interdisciplinary team Assign and update ICD-10 codes based off physician diagnosis on admission and with each MDS Transmit OBRA/PPS MDS Assessments to CMS per Federal Guidelines Completion and Certifications/Re-certifications when a resident is receiving Medicare Part A Benefit Oversee and monitor MDS documentation and charting requirements needed to support services provided Educate staff on MDS processes as needed Assist with data collection for audits including but not limited to, State, Medicare, and Managed Care. What you need to know about this position: Having a baby is one of life's most important experiences, and our Birthing Center provides a full range of delivery services to support needs before, during and after giving birth. Our Birthing Center is equipped with a Level 2 Nursery to assist and support our newborns and families. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. Compensation offered is highly competitive based on years of RN experience, job performance and the market. **Contact CRH HR (or 812-376-5627) to learn more about our compensation. RN positions are eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums. In this position you would be scheduled to work 3–12 hour night shifts (36 hours/week, considered full-time) with start/end times of 7:00pm-7:30am with a holiday and weekend requirement. With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible. What is required for this position: Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Within 30 days of hire you must have (CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certificate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program NICU or OB experience preferred. This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
