Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures. Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly. Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
