Med Tech Shift Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time / Shift Work Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive Med Tech Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations within our Nursing Department under the direction of the Director of Nursing. In this role, you will lead shift caregivers, coordinate resident healthcare needs, ensure smooth daily routines, and maintain a safe, high-quality care environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Directly supervise shift personnel, facilitate shift handoffs, and foster a supportive, team-oriented culture.
