Registered Nurse needed in the Bronx Full time position, ICF Residence! Work hours: Monday through Friday – 9am-5pm. Responsibilities -Coordinate medical care for assigned individuals, monitor and assess health needs including arranging for follow-up care as needed. -Assessment by direct observation on consumer health status. Update and revise these documents to reflect changes in consumer status. -Supervises AMAP administration of prescribed medication and routine treatments in accordance with federal and state regulations and agency policy.
