Position Summary: The Director of Nursing (DON)/ Health and Wellness Director position requires an understanding and commitment to the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living by exhibiting professional and ethical work practices. The Health and Wellness Director is responsible for the oversight and management of staff and residents with the primary focus of serving the healthcare needs of Charter Senior Living residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations and standards. The Health and Wellness Director assures the quality care of all residents in conjunction with the Executive Director, Resident Care Coordinator (if applicable) and other department managers.
