Leadership and Team Oversight Assists the Center Clinical Manager in supervising Care Promoters and clinical support staff. Supports onboarding, training, ad ongoing development of new and existing Care Promoters. Provides input on performance evaluation and corrective action plans as needed. Quality and Compliance Supports center quality initiatives, including: Equipment checks, Inventory management , Monthly self-assessment , Waived testing quality control Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
