The RN Staff Development Coordinator manages and provides required education to the entire staff and is also responsible for employee health. Employee health encompasses administration and management of Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD annual checks. Requires expert knowledge of basic nursing skills (patient assessment, infection control, IV therapy, medication administration, etc.) and a desire to pass that knowledge on to others. The Staff Development Coordinator works closely with the HR manager to provide new hire orientation.
